Delivery of products sold on this App / Website is powered by retail stores of Marche Retail Pvt Ltd

Nature's Miracle practices contactless delivery & payment for the safety of our customers and delivery executives. All our riders are well equipped with face masks, sanitizers & gloves. We ensure regular sanitization of delivery bags, card machines, and delivery vehicles.

Currently, delivery of perishable items such as fruits and vegetables is restricted to Delhi - NCR region only. We will come to your city soon.

Delivery Related

There is a minimum order value for free delivery. Below MOV, you will need to pay a nominal delivery charge. Information related to MOV & associated delivery charges will be available during the cart checkout process

Your expected delivery time is displayed during the cart checkout process. Depending upon your location, we might be offering express delivery ( deilivery in 4 hours) for additional fees.For already placed orders, please go to My Account -> My Orders to check the order status

We are currently providing delivery only in Delhi - NCR region. We will be coming to your city soon

After the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. In such a scenario, we suggest canceling the existing order and placing a new order with a correct delivery address

Order cancellation and rescheduling

It will be difficult for us to make any changes once the order is placed. You can contact our customer service at +91-8447553888 or naturesmiraclestore.com, and we will try to accommodate your request to the extent possible.

In an unlikely scenario of product damage/ stock out. there may be an instance where the store manager may have to modify the order.The customer will be informed about any changes before order fulfillment.

You will have an option to cancel the order at your end only before the order is packed. Once the order is out for delivery it cannot be canceled.

You can check the updated order status anytime in the ‘My Orders’ section of the app/ website.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with any delivered products, please raise the issue to our customer support. The timeline to raise a complaint depends on the category it belongs to 3 days for consumable perishable items: Fruits & Vegetables; 7 days for consumable non-perishable items, groceries, etc.

Payment

You can select from the below payment options: Online Payment ( Credit / Debit Card, UPI, Wallets) Cash on delivery.

In such cases, we would request that you get in touch with your service bank or digital payment partner directly.

We will initiate the refund within 24 hrs of your request. Time taken for the refund to be credited to your account will depend upon your mode of payment and associated bank
